Air Fryer Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or measuring cup combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs, and mustard.
    ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon basil, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1 tablespoon sage, 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • Rub mixture over roast.
    3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • Spray air fryer tray with oil.
  • Place pork on tray and insert meat thermometer. Cook at 325 degrees until thermometer reaches 145°; approximately 30 minutes.
  • Remove roast from air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice and serve!
