Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet adding the onions once the butter is fully melted.

Sauté until a beautiful golden brown.
Stir in flour using a whisk and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and blended.

Whisk in the chicken broth and milk alternating between the two.

Whisk until you are left with a nice creamy sauce. Stir in the garlic powder, thyme, and a dash of pepper.

Gently stir in the cubed ham and vegetables.

Fill greased 10 ounce ramekins with the hot ham mixture.
Open crescent roll tube and separate into 4 portion of two triangles each. Pinch together the seam and place 1 portion on top of each ramekin. Brush with an egg wash if desired.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
