📋Ingredients

- cubed ham cut up into bite-size pieces - you can use leftover ham or ham steak
- frozen vegetables or canned vegetables
- onion
- chicken broth or chicken stock
- butter
- milk
- all purpose flour
- garlic powder
- dried thyme or fresh herbs
- pepper
- 1 tube of refrigerated crescent rolls

🔪 Instructions

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet adding the onions once the butter is fully melted.
- Sauté until a beautiful golden brown.
- Stir in flour using a whisk and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and blended.
- Whisk in the chicken broth and milk alternating between the two.
- Whisk until you are left with a nice creamy sauce. Stir in the garlic powder and thyme.
- Gently stir in the cubed ham and vegetables.
- Fill greased 10 ounce ramekins with the hot ham mixture.
- Open crescent roll tube and separate into 4 portion of two triangles each. Pinch together the seam and place 1 portion on top of each ramekin. Brush with an egg wash if desired.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Hint: Air fry in batches if necessary, 2 at a time.

Allow leftovers to cool completely and then cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
